Golf, boats and more fun!

On Sunday morning the kids went with the dad's to the driving range to hit some balls while the mom's were busy on State Street. That afternoon we went on a Pirate Cruise where all the kids got to drive the boat and talk like pirates. We enjoyed ice cream cones on the pier and then headed out to a local Mexican food place for dinner.

On Monday we took the kids down to the boardwalk where they rode their bikes, scooters and skateboards for a few hours. We also went down to the beach but the water was freezing! We lunched up on the boardwalk with traditional greasy food and had a lot of fun. In the afternoon we had a craft project for the kids. We tie dyed tees and pillow cases, It was VERY messing and I have the pictures to prove it! Today they all wore matching tee shirts and it will serve as a good memory of this trip!

This morning we went to watch Hot Lava perform. They are a local rock band than sing children's songs to a rock beat. Right now Dennis took little Dennis to a skate park on the boardwalk while Billy's napping and the girls are having rest time. I'm very pleased to report that Billy has used the potty numerous times today and is wearing undies for the first time. Fingers crossed he's ready this time....... We were going to have a beach day today but the weather is still cool and foggy so we may have to push that back to another day. Tonight the kids are staying with the nanny while the adults go on a sunset cruise for happy hour and then out for dinner. Should be fun!
